We have locations in Layton, St. George, and Tooele Army Depot in Utah, as well as Tannersville and Tobyhanna Army Depot in Pennsylvania.

About Our Founder

JoAnn Jex launched Rio Vista Management, LLC in May of 2004. She received the U.S. Small Business Administration Minority Small Business Person of the Year Award (Utah) in 2015. One of the things that JoAnn is most proud of is the organic growth of our company since it started more than a decade ago. Rio Vista Management, LLC is a recent graduate of the SBA’s 8(a) program and is still a women-owned small business (WOSB) concern.
