We understand the importance of collaboration, so we strive to create a partnership with our clients and subcontractors. Specifically, we will:

  • Enter into a formal and mutual understanding to work cooperatively as a team, identifying and resolving problems and facilitating contract performance
  • Agree that our mutual primary objective is to provide supplies and services of the highest quality on time and at fair and reasonable prices
  • Agree to mutually look beyond the strict bounds of the contract in order to formulate actions that promote our common goals and objectives
  • Form a relationship based on open and continuous communication, mutual trust and respect, and the replacement of the “us versus them” mentality with a “win-win” philosophy
